Vicki Sanford
Vicki has been teaching dance for the past 25 years, in both California and Oregon. Dancing since the age of 3, she danced competitively until age 18, receiving many top accolades for her performances. Vicki has been blessed to have been a teacher, artistic director, studio owner, and a dance mom. After spending many years teaching in California, she moved to Oregon in 2006 and became the artistic director of MVP Dance Elite – a studio that went from a fresh opening to making the FDC list of the top 50 studios in the U.S. in its first year and three consecutive years thereafter. As a competitive dance teacher, her students have been awarded all over the U.S. as national title holders, national scholarship recipients, and national overall winners for most of the top competitions in the industry such as Showstopper, Starpower, Hollywood Vibe, Star Systems,  Velocity, KAR, and  Spotlight Dance Cup and she has many former students currently working in the professional dance industry. Vicki has received choreography awards at many national dance competitions and conventions as well. She brings her unique perspective in all areas of dance to her students at Forte Performing Arts. Her passion is to help pass along a true love for the art as on outlet for self expression, self esteem, and a positive force in all of the lives of the dancers that she is blessed to train.
